Through organic growth and a string of strategic acquisitions, Greenwood Industries scaled to become a significant player in the New England commercial roofing market. It’s one company, but several of its acquisitions still operate with their legacy names, because of brand equity in their local markets. Looking to the future, Greenwood Industries leadership saw the opportunity to unite the roofing maintenance and services teams across the company, into a newly formed division.
The new division will build regional brand awareness and open a new market segment—selling roof services directly to building managers, not tied to new roof installations. We were engaged to lead the visual branding process, then implement it across all media. It started with a modern, strong, and stable logotype built on the GRS letter forms with a confident color palette. Our multi-disciplinary team then created the content and design elements to launch across all media, including a web presence, printed collateral, vehicle labeling and more.
